ParticipantI’ve got a section above the listing that shows “other”. How can I remove that?

Without a link or a screenshot… my best guess… it is the label for the “Other” address type. If that is the case, change the address type or remove that address.
Hope that helps! Let me know.

Yes, that is the address type label, when adding the address to the entry you chose “Other” as the address type. To change that, edit the entry and then change the address type.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantActually no, I uploaded a csv file with the entries, and address was placed in the columns
Address 1 | Line One Address 1 | Line Twoetc.
I’ve customized the shortcode to this but it’s still showing…What do I need to add to the shortcode?
[connections str_home_phone='Phone' str_work_email='Email' str_home_fax='Fax' str_personal_email='Email' str_other=' ' str_membership='Member Since' image='photo' image_fallback='none' tray_image='none' tray_image_fallback='none' image_single='photo' image_single_fallback='none']

Ok, when selecting that during an import, that maps to the “Other” address type. So the instructions still apply. That said… I think I’ve been slightly misreading what you goal is. But now I think I understand.
Go the cMap page
Scroll down to the FAQ, and look for the one named; “How do I use the addr_format shortcode option?“. That has the instructions and how to control the address format which includes completely removing the label.Hope that helps!
