    So, to reiterate….

    I have not changed any settings since the last time I was able to access the PH.

    I use AVAST virus program and have been happy with it.

    Yes, it is the Green Purchase Power website I am referring to and yes, the email attached to the account is mine. I have a three that I primarily use and did not see your email at any of then they are

    Thank you for confirming the email address attached to this account is active.

    Just sent the template to treetops … [at] yahoo.

    I provided upgrade instruction in the email, I’ll paste them here too:

    To upgrade:

     

    Download the attached zip file.

    Install the attached zip file as a plugin.

    Go to the Plugins admin page.

    Click Add New.

    Click Upload.

    Select the cmap.zip file.

    Click Install Now

    Click Activate.

    Go to the Connections : Templates admin page.

    Activate the Default Entry Card.

    Delete the cMap template.

    The new cMap template will now show up, version 3.0.1

    Click Activate for cMap.

    OK, the email you sent is not there with the templates.

    There are other, older emails

    Also, i am pretty sure my zip extractor is not working correctly, so I assume that means I need to hire somebody?

    I think I just need to give up having a directory? Seriously, maybe one needs to be much more techy inclined… this is a mess for me.

    You do not need to extract the zip, you upload the zip per my instructions:

    Install the attached zip file as a plugin.

    Go to the Plugins admin page.

    Click Add New.

    Click Upload.

    Click Install Now

    Click Activate.

    Go to the Connections : Templates admin page.

    Activate the Default Entry Card.

    @ anita999

    I actually do not suggest you upgrading WordPress or plugins. This is a standard WordPress process. Do you have a techie friend that can do this, this isn’t really worth hiring someone for. This only should take a couple minutes.
