I just posted a support request, but it did not appear in the forum, so trying again.
You said that I have Market and not Cmap, and added market to my purchase history.
I cannot access my purchase history.
Also I am concerned because I am losing time with this, and am not sure of a few things.
This has taken quite a while and we still seem to have a long way to go.
Once I add the new plugin, will I then need to add each business individually? I had to hire somebody to set it up in the first place, so this is a “big deal issue” for me.

As mentioned here, you stopped replying days ago, it is reasonable to consider it resolved as quite often when an issue is resolved I never hear back. Here’s a couple links from the other forum thread that contain the pertinent info in getting this resolved for you.
Actually, I said the opposite. You purchased Market, but somehow have cMap installed and a really old version of it. My guess is since that you hired someone for the setup, that they must have installed it. But like I said, in your Purchase History, I swapped Market for cMap, so now cMap does show-up in your purchase history. So now you can download cMap.

Nope, upgrading a template is very safe, you will not have to re-enter the businesses. You can think of template like themes for WordPress, they only control how your info is displayed.

You actually seem to have edited the thread Steve in all due respect.
Where we left off was your directing me to go to Purchase History and then you supplied a nice step by step for me- Feeling elated I went to tackle it – within minutes of your sending.
It took me just a few sec’s to discover that I what you thought was in my Purchase history, was not, and immediately replied, several times, and you did not.
Not for nothing, I take care of an elderly parent, so there is just not all the time in the world to get things done in a day… The last time we communicated was a disappointment, because I had time, responded post haste, and you were gone.

I am logged in, I went to PH and it did not let me access my purchase history- this has been the case all morning.
Again, I cannot access my purchase history to get this resolved.
What am I doing wrong?

I didn’t edit anything. I make it a matter of policy not to unless a user posted private login info or pasted code in [I need to make it more readable]. When I do make an edit I logged it so it is known, it shows at the end of the post. In this and the other thread, there have not been any edits at all, I assure you of that.
Trust me, I want this resolved for you too.
I’m not sure why you can see it. I can log into your account, as if I were you, and I can. I’ve attached a screen capture.
Can you attach a screen capture of what you see?

When I go to my purchase history and click- it takes me back to ‘need to log-in’ – I do and then I do it all over- there is nothing to make a screen shot of? Cleared my cache etc03/26/2013 at 11:21 am #255088
Do you have any type of Adblocker or Cookie blocker, can you try a private browsing window?
