Try changing the permissions of the following file to 767:
/wp-content/plugins/connections/cache/index.html
Thanks that fixed it.
Side note – whats the different between setting it to 767, that is all but minus User/groups Execute and 777 witch is all ticked?

Honestly, not quite sure. I always say 767 because somewhere in the WordPress docs they do not recommend a setting over 767 and that you should never use 777.
