The images on my profile tiles are no longer being displayed, they just show spinning circles.06/03/2013 at 12:55 pm #261495
Please deactivate and reactivate Connections.
You should find a .htaccess file here:
Add the following to it:
<ifmodule mod_security.c> <files timthumb.php> SecFilterEngine Off SecFilterScanPOST Off </files> </ifmodule>
If that doesn’t work, try deleting the htaccess file.06/03/2013 at 1:11 pm #261500Mark DysonGuest
Deactivating and reactivating appears to have cleared up the problem, I didn’t need to change anything in the .htaccess file.
Thanks!06/03/2013 at 1:23 pm #261502
I like when it’s easy! That means one of the fixes I included in this version did exactly what it was supposed to. I suspect the issue was happening even before the update and the update cause you to notice it. Possible?06/03/2013 at 1:25 pm #261503Mark DysonGuest
I won’t rule it out. That page was working last time I checked it, but I honestly can’t recall how long ago that was. Just glad it’s cleared up now, and thanks again!06/03/2013 at 10:43 pm #261558Wayne JoynerParticipant
Hi i am having the same problem as Mark, have deactivate and reactivate Connections, deactivate and reactivate Tiles Plus, deactivated Tiles Plus and deactivated Connections and then reactivated Connections then Tiles Plus.
Have Connections 0.7.7 and Tiles Plus 3.0.1
Checked it after the update to 3.0.1 and was working O.K.
any help would be great.06/04/2013 at 9:02 am #261596
The entire website seems to have disappeared the link 404/s and all the links for the site in Google redirect to a webhost.06/04/2013 at 5:57 pm #261699Wayne JoynerGuest
Sorry about that, don’t known what the problem was with the website, I got onto the web host and all is fixed now to be able to view the website. Still have the connection problem. Cheers Wayne06/04/2013 at 6:45 pm #261708
