ParticipantI am trying to find a way to make the cMap even more user-friendly by including driving directions.
Is it possible to include a “driving directions” option when the user is viewing the information on a mobile device? This feature would utilize the geolocation function of google maps on a smart phone to generate driving directions from the user’s current location to the address of that business.
Using the sample provided on the cMap add-on page (http://connections-pro.com/add-on/cmap/#), the user should be able to click somewhere on the entry for the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce to get driving directions to that location.
Whether the option is always available (and could be shown as a link under the street address, for example) or available as an option to the user by selecting the pushpin when the map is displayed. I think this would be very useful.
I appreciate any help you can provide (to either share how this can be accomplished or to consider including it in future updates.)
Thank you

I might add that… but only after work is complete on the Locate extension
http://connections-pro.com/support/topic/map-view/#post-319981I can’t really just share how to do it because it is actually quite a bit of work to implement so I couldn’t tell you how without first doing the work. I hope that makes sense?

I totally understand your response. Thank you for your reply.
I will continue to develop my site, and look forward to the day I can also offer my users driving directions. Thanks again.
