ParticipantI posted this in CSV Import, because that’s the premium product I purchased, but the import seemed to work beautifully, as I have access to all 2,264 of my entries. The problem occurs when I attempt to view the page where I put the shortcode in.
When I attempt to view that page I receive the following message:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/content/39/11976239/html/newsite/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 177
Any ideas?

Are you using a template which supports pagination (the default template does not)? If, not, then you are likely attempting to display all 2,264 entries at once on a single page. This isn’t a Connections limitation. The same would happen if you attempted to display 2,264 WordPress pages/posts all at once too. The max number really depends on how fast and how much memory is available to your WordPress installation.

ParticipantIs there a template you would recommend I use? I’m only trying to display: Name, Location, title, email, and phone.
Once I change the template is there anything I need to do to the shortcode on the page I would like it to be displayed on?

re: Is there a template you would recommend I use?
really, any template which supports pagination will do, cMap is the most popular. I’d say choose based on the design you like best. I do not recommend the Excerpt, Slim or Tile templates as they do not support pagination, however, their Plus variants do so they would work.
All the templates have live demos and links to live sites using them to give you idea how they look and function.

Honestly, that depends on the template and what you want to do. I would say shortcode options are optional.
Hope that helps!
