    I downloaded the header information and filled in the information. saved as a single sheet and uploaded it. After I press map . I am left with a blank screen.
    Nothing happens.

    honestly I have spent all last night and today tryingto get this to work. I can’t even get a response from you. I have only had this for one day but I would like a refund. not only can I not import the file but it just goes completely blank. the widgets don’e connect to the pages. I cant even find where to modify the links to the pages.
    It has been a nightmare trying to configure this.

    Apologies for the trouble. have you referred to the quick start guide and started with the basics? There is also a couple more in depths tutorial on how to add an entry and add a category.

    As far as I can tell, this is the only support request I’ve received. This was on a Saturday and on a holiday weekend. Just about all support requests are answered within 24 hours on a business day, more often much faster than that.

    Sounds like a server issue. You’d have to refer to the PHP error log to see if anything was recorded that could be helpful in diagnosing the issue. Best guess is the server ran out of memory allocated to PHP.

    It could be a bad CSV file too. There is quite a bit of documentation on CSV file setup requirements for the file and related tips. Have you reviewed them, they can be quite helpful.

    I would need more detail, but, my first guess is that the directory home page was not set or not set to the correct page.

    There are no links to edit, they will resolve to the page where the directory home page is set to and that page should have the [connections] shortcode on it.

    I’m sorry you have found this difficult. If you have reviewed the quick start tutorial and the more in depth tutorials on how to add and entry and add a category, could you give examples of what you found confusing or did not make sense. I will definitely take the feedback and apply it to the documentation.

    Yes, this is an option. I do see you are trying another plugin for you directory solution which it seems you might be having difficulty with too. If you would like, I can help work thru the issues you are having to get you up and running with Connections or I can process the refund. Please let me know.
