Contact plugin is activated with license #. Cannot see contact form from directory entry.
Also, fields that I disallowed and then reactivated (like email addresses) are missing from the back end. How or do I clear cache to make these fields available?

ps. One of the primary features of Contact is to hide the display of Email addresses to keep them private but still allow your site visitors to send email to your directory entries.
