Hmmm… I updated my hosts file with the info you gave but all I get is a static site, not a WP site. I’ve done a ping using the host name and the correct IP is replying. Is the info correct?

I just notice that you said version 3.0.1. There very well could be a bug in that version of the template so updating it may fix the issue.
There is another possibility…
After giving those links your shared another look. The theme or maybe a plugin could be messing with the WordPress global
$wp_query->query. That could mess up the pagination URLs.Keymaster@ Sam
I am unable to replicate this issue and this must be a unique issue to your site as a lot of others would have the same issue. My first though maybe a plugin conflict. Have you checked for a plugin conflict or theme conflict? If you have, then I again will need a temp admin account so I can take a closer look.

I had wanted to push the update today but that is not going to happen sorry. I will be trying to get the release completed for tomorrow.

I applied the hotfix and now you can get to the Connections admin page. Curious though… you do not seem to have any entries in Connections!?! I saw that you did have a db backup from yesterday and that backup did not have any Connections entries in it either. Something I’ve confirmed with the Internet Archive WaybackMachine.
All the snapshots that it has shows there were no entries.

I did notice that you have the max upload size set to 64MB. That is likely how a largin image was uploaded in the first place.
Unless you need that high of setting for other parts of the site, I suggest making it lower. Large images, even if their file size is small, can exhaust the memory allocated to PHP quite quickly.

I can, however, when the plugin editor is disabled, the WP Editor will not allow me to use it to edit plugins. Either way, the plugin editor needs to be temporarily enable for me to make the hotfix.

I was able to login but the plugin editor is disabled so I am not able to apply the hot fix.

re: In the support documentation I see codes for the default setting for Tile Plus and as a result I am confused.
The defaults for the shortcodes listed for the Tile Plus template, you do not seed to add them to the shortcode, unless you want to change the default.
re: I don’t see many of the fields in the card, specifically one field I’m interested in does not show on the card or the online record of the “connection member”; e-mail address.
The email addresses are displayed by default. I see you purchased the Pro Pack and have installed and activated the Contact extension… If you want the email addresses to be publically shown, you should disable this extension as it will hide them so users will use the contact rather than exposing the email addresses publically.
re: I was able to turn on the address, but there is no e-mail, bio, or notes.
In Tile Plus, the bio and notes will only be displayed on the profile/detail view of the template (when you click on the entry name on the Tile). I believe these are off by default, so you would have to turn them on.

re: and the Widget Pack in particular
To use one of the widgets as a shortcode go to your Widgets admin page. Add one of the Connections widgets to the Connections Sidebar. Configure the widget and click the Save button. After you do, you will be given a shortcode for the widget that can be used on a page.
