    Connections is still in the Plugin Directory. For some reason the plugin upgrade failed. My first guess would be that the memory allocated to PHP was exhausted. Here’s a link to a great blog post on several ways to increase the value.

    To be able to re-install Connections, you’ll have to log in to your site with FTP and delete the connections folder in the ../wp-content/plugins folder. After that folder is deleted, you’ll be able to re-install Connections.

    The template actually will inherit the font-family that is defined in the theme. For any other CSS tweaks to cMap, once installed, you’ll find its CSS file here:
    ../wp-content/connections_templates/cmap

    Please add the following to you’re wp-config.php file to run Connections in single site mode on your multi-site install:

    define('CN_MULTISITE_ENABLED', FALSE)

    Let me know if that takes care of it.

    I see there are several errors on your site unrelated to Connections, perhaps one of those are the source problem. Lets try one thing first. I do see you are using an older version of cMap, can you please try upgrading to the latest version? It can be downloaded from your Purchase History page. To reset your password click the forgot password link and use the email address that you used to make the purchase.

    When searching, when switching categories, you are switching the category that you’re searching within. You have to clear your search term before switching categories.

    I have been able to duplicate the other issue if you’re searching and it results in, lets say 3 pages of results, and you go to page 3 but then switch categories where the results are less than 3 pages, Connections does not send you back to page 1 as it should. As mentioned, there is logic in place to catch this. I am looking in to this to why it isn’t working.
