Hmmm, you seem to be able to access the Market support forum just fine, just not the cMap one. I’ll have to figure that out. The other it is because of they purchased one of the bundles. Any way…

The issue is that Connections is on the page set as the sites front page. several of the recent versions that was released actually had a fix but I had to revert it in the latest update because it was causing other troubles. Right now the only solution is to use Connections on a page other than the front page.

The theme, most likely, or another plugin is using some sort of JavaScript “shim” to enable the HTML 5 placeholder value for the search input which IE9 doesn’t support natively the other browsers do. This is causing it the term “Search” to be submitted when you select a category.

Hmmm, the only thing I can think of is if you grant me a temp admin account I can remove the “Search” placeholder from the Connections plugin files.

You should be able to access the cMap and Tile Plus support forums without issue. The shopping cart that controls access to the forums currently doesn’t support setting more than one item which creates a problem for granting access to the bundles. I am working on fixing that. Please feel free to ask you questions here.

1. Entering the URL without the “http://www.” should work just fine, well, any variation should work. I’ll do another check to make sure.

2. The search should just work on the templates and the widget. Can you please share a link to your directory so I can see what you’re experiencing?

Connections is roughly 82% translated in French, the French will be displayed if you have the French translation of WordPress installed. As for the premium templates, those are not translated, you have to set the many str_***** shortcode options to translate the various strings used within the template. Here’s a link to FAQ that explains how to use those options: How do I use the str_***** shortcode options?. Refer to the template’s “Customization Options” page for an entire list of options that are available. You’ll find those links under the template sub page links on the main nav at the top of the page.
