ParticipantI just purchased tile-plus and Pro Add-on pack by creating a new account (username “mulgar”) and purchasing through the paypal checkout with my credit card.
The payment was processed, I received a PayPal receipt, yet at the “thank you for your purchase screen” clicking on the download links resulted in an error that I didn’t have permission. I didn’t yet receive any email with download links, and when I check my purchases, it says I haven’t purchased anything.
Can you please look into this, thank you :-(

For some reason PayPal has not yet sent the conformation so the sale could be completed. I’ve verified both and sent the sales confirmation emails. You should be able to download from those links and well as from your Purchase History page now. Apologies for the trouble.

ParticipantThanks for the fast turn-around, I got the automated email and it’s showing up correctly in purchases now. This plugin looks perfect for what I’m trying to do on my website, can’t wait for Link!

ParticipantI just noticed a tweet by PayPal as well, they had some outage so maybe that helped screw things up here, thanks again for the fast help.

KeymasterAlthough not officially released, you can download Link now from your Purchase History page since you had purchased the Pro Add-on Pack. Let me know what you think.

ParticipantExcellent! Thank you Steven.
I’m in the process of trialing/integrating Connections (not previously used) into my church website (http://www.wdbc.org.au) to replace existing physical directory book of around 150-200 members. Very excited that potentially users can add and edit their own details.
Will be happy to provide some feedback once I get to rope in a few users to put this through it’s paces.
My two areas of concern, is how does families/relationships map with Link (I’m assuming it doesn’t) and if it will still be workable to leverage this feature (I’m hoping so) to minise change from our physical directory which does capture families/anniversaries etc. Second concern is responsive design of templates (my next task is transforming the website to a responsive design), as far as I can tell none of the templates are responsive and I may need to customise one to meet this need.
That’s just being picky but I thought I’d share anyway :-) Apart from that, I’m really looking forward to getting this going, I couldn’t find anything else which came close and some good features in there I didn’t think I’d ever be able to get (like self edits, relationships, etc).
Give me a few days to a week and I’ll report back (i’m a volunteer so only get evenings to work on this), I’ll let you know how I go with Link. Let me know if you want me to respond in another forum topic or just reply here, cheers.

KeymasterSounds good, looking forward to the feedback … I use it to guide development priorities.
In regards to Link and families, you can still use families, but the admin would have to create them. Link assumes the WordPress user is either an individual or a representative of an organization so Link will only present those two options as a choice.
