Thank you.01/28/2013 at 4:18 pm #250064
Please try force/hard refreshing the browser. If you’re using a caching plugin, please empty the cache.01/28/2013 at 4:55 pm #250085MikeGuest
Thanks for the fast response. I have tried force refreshing and clearing the caches and viewing from multiple devices. I do not have any plugins that cache anything. Interestingly the photos will load on the first load in Chrome, but will not load after a refresh. It also loads fine in mobile versions of chrome for iphone and ipad, but not in the mobile version of safari. Thanks!01/28/2013 at 7:31 pm #250099
Can you please share a link so I can take a look to see what you’re experience?01/28/2013 at 8:07 pm #250105MikeGuest
Certainly, my apologies: http://doctoredapps.com/meet-the-team01/29/2013 at 2:40 pm #250194
The issue you’re experiencing isn’t Connections related, well, sort of, but not really yet. The theme or another plugin is loading jQuery 1.9 instead of the version bundled with WordPress. This is a very poor practice because this will cause a problem for many plugins, including Connections because the code depends on the version of jQuery that is bundled with WordPress. jQuery 1.9 removed a function that Connections uses to show the loaded images rather than the spinner. I do need to update that code because it is likely the next version WordPress will come with jQuery 1.9.
So what’s the solution, if you grant me a temp admin account I’ll make edit to Connections to completely remove the spinner.01/29/2013 at 4:09 pm #250205MikeGuest
That would be awesome thanks, rather than post the info here, can you please send me an email at REMOVED?
Thanks again!01/29/2013 at 9:14 pm #250226
I did one better. I wrote a quick and simple plugin that makes sure the default version of jQuery is used. Now all is fixed.01/29/2013 at 10:36 pm #250260MikeGuest

I am experiencing the same problem with my website.
The images for “connections” will not load. It just shows the little “loading” wheel, but the images won’t display.
I have recently updated the plugin.
(I have not recently installed any other plugins)
I have also tried viewing the site in a private browser window, but still the images will not load.
PLease can someone assist me
