My file has Postal Code field.

When you edit an entry in the admin, does the imported zip code show?

ParticipantNo it does not show in the admin area, but I can add it manually and then it shows.

ParticipantI see looking at the details in the Admin, that it is in under ‘Other’.

Can you please give me a temp WP admin login so I can take a closer look?
Can you also please attach a copy of the CSV file you imported? Before you attach it please rename it from
.csv
to.txt
so the support forum does not reject the file.02/14/2017 at 4:35 pm #411436ramarachamber

I took a look… my best guess is during the initial import of the CSV file the postal code column was not mapped correctly or not mapped at all and not imported.
I did a test of your file, only importing the first entry (1North Group) and it did import without issue. I left this duplicate entry as “unlisted” so you can see that the postal code was imported. YOu can safely delete this duplicate.
Likely the quickest and easiest solution to resolve this is to Navigate to the Connections : Tools admin page and click the Export tab. Scroll to the bottom and use the All export tool.
Open the resulting file, add the postal codes and then reimport the file. Doing this will update the existing entries with the postal code.
Tested this process with 1North Group and it worked fine. During mapping stage, let the CSV Import do the auto-mapping of the fields, do not change them.
Hope this helps!

ParticipantThank you so much! I had to do it a few times. I put them in the other | zipcode column but finally realized that it mapped to the work address |zipcode column. Of course each try I uploaded to google sheets to get a fresh copy.
Thank you again!
