    It is impossible to import the file.
    Send, pozhaluystva, a sample file for Yport, to understand how the information should be structured in it.
    Or tell me what is wrong in my file

    Yes, this file can not be imported. Please read the CSV File requirements and the Tips section in the documents. Probably the two biggest issues are the require field headers are not present and the file is not UTF8 encoded.

    See attached. It will import a single entry with the name of: “Entry First Name Imported”, “0 Entry Last Name Imported”.

    You need to follow the advice given in my previous reply. Giving you a test file will not fix your file.
