GuestWe are a long time user (since 2008) of your wonderful Contacts plugin! Thank you.
This just started today (10/22). I was working on the main heading page which steers the viewer to the cad lookup page yesterday and added an instruction line to it and everything worked fine. Today, when I try to access a card, I get the website Home page – no card. I have tried both by Category and Direct lookup. Neither works!
Please help.

Ok, I see you are using a very old version of the cMap template… my best guess is because you have disabled pretty permalinks on your site. Navigate to the WordPress Permalinks page and choose the post name option and save. That should correct the issue.
Hope this helps, let me know.

GuestThanks – that solved the problem!
How do I update the cMap template to the new version?

You would have let me know the email address you used to to make the original purchase so I could look it up. I did a few searches but came up empty, only finding a comment on a post, another support topic in the forum for another issue where I mentioned the old version and you asking how to update :)
You would download the latest version from your purchase history, deactivate and delete the existing version and then install it just as you normally would. You data is safe, however you would have to configure the template to get that gradient back again. I think that would be the only thing you would have to worry about.
