ParticipantI updated WordPress from 3.5.1 to 3.8.1, and also updated Connections to the latest version of 0.7.9.5. We were also using Connections link v 1.0.1, and cMap template 2.1.
On every page that there is a connections shortcode, I am getting the white page of death. I tried going back to the default entry card v 2.0 as the theme, and also disabling link, and still am white paging.
when i turn on debug mode, it’s throwing this error:
Fatal error: ob_start(): Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in /(server path)/wp-content/plugins/connections/includes/inc.shortcodes.php on line 331
Could you offer any wisdom into this?
Thanks
Chris

ParticipantI was able to do an error trace and see that even though the php error wordpress debug was pointing to connections, it was ultimately a conflict with Next Scripts: Social Networks Auto Poster plugin. I had to deactivate a setting in this plug in “Add Open Graph Tags”, and the conflict was resolved. I figured Id let you know of the conflict anyway in case it helps someone else.
Thanks
Chris

Glad you found the solution. I was searching for solutions to this error message before visiting the forum. There is not a hole much available. Other than a possible plugin conflict (somehow); which was the case in your situation. Or may a php configuration issue.
Thanks for the feedback, I’ll make sure to add this to the known plugin conflicts faqs right now.
