ParticipantHello,
I’ve got two separate licenses for your products, and I’m not sure if I have to buy yet another for a new client.
I’ve got one client that has the following plugins: Connections, connections Market template and connections CSV import (which I bought to import information)
The other client has used the exact same plugins, yet I bought the pro the first time, but found out I had to buy the Market Template again as well as the CSV plugin.
So first, I’m not sure where the file that is the main plugin “Connections” is found? and I want to use the template Gridder this time, but I seem to need the base plugin in order to use this template.
I won’t renew a Pro license again if I have to buy the CSV each time, it doesn’t seem very economical to have all those templates. And once I have used the CSV to upload a group of files, can I disassociate it from a site and use it on another? After I upload a group, I’m more likely to just add new information on a person to person basis.
One of my licenses is about to expire and I wonder what my best options are? And where is the basic file so I can use the Gridder template that came with my Pro Package.
Thanks

Connections is here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/connections/
You can install if from the Add New Plugin admin page. Step one on the QuickStart doc page is the easy way to install it.

Since all templates and extension are GPL licensed I can not dictate where you install and how often. What the support licenses grant you is support and updates (including compatibility/security updates) for a single site. For example, say you installed Gridder on three of your client sites. Only the site that has the support license if is activated on will receive updates. As for economical you have to determine if there is value to your client that they receive updates and build that cost into you support contracts. That’s not really anything I can help you decide. I can tell you, generally, other will purchase a license for each site that they develop for a client pretty much for the reasons I just stated.
Hope that helps!

GuestHi Steve,
I haven’t used this for awhile, so I totally forgot that the base program was a free plugin and the extra extensions etc are themes that make it better or give you different functions and looks. Sorry, I thought that I would have to buy yet another license to get it to work. My mistake. I do like this plugin and it has been very handy.
Thanks for your help.
