GuestHi,
I need to implement a consultants search form, very similar to this showcase: https://imperialprivatehealthcare.co.uk/consultants-directory/
I don’t find any extension about search form. Do i need to buy any extension? Or just buying any premium template? And the search form is a shortcode or how is it inserted at the top of the listing?
Thanks,

All the premium templates include the category filter (dropdown) and keyword search. When you install and activate your chosen template, they will automatically be “on” for templates such as cMap and other like Gridder where they are off by default but can be turned “on”. The templates in which they are off by default, the template docs have instructions on how to turn them on.
Hope this helps!

GuestHi Steve, yes it helps, thanks.
I get that any premium templates include the category filter as seen in the demos. But how is it possible to get the multiple dropdown filter as the showcase on the first post? Is it configurable or does it need to be manually coded?

The multiple category search addon is something I offer to those that request it who have purchased either the Pro Pack or Extension Pro Pack. I also installation/configuration as a service for this addon. It can be complex to configure due to the syntax required to define which categories to setup for search. If you are familiar with shortcodes, this it is not that bad. I of course provide instructions and am available to answer questions.
It is best to use this addon on a page different from directory page. Also, if you use a template which has these category filter and keyword search on by default, you would want to turn those template features off.
It also has, an optional, search by zip code radius. If enabled, you will need to setup a Google Maps API key to use with Connections.
Hope this helps!

ParticipantHi Steve.
I have a similar question. I purchased the entire ProPack & am having a hard time determining which template would give me the closest usability to https://www.luxuryrealestate.com/professionals/agents. Recommendations welcome! Also, I believe I will need a multi-search function as well in order to achieve the Basic Search, Location Search, Category, Language elements. As such, how do I take you up on the ever so generous offer of “installation/configuration as a service for this addon”?
Thanks SO MUCH!

The site you linked to as an example is not built with WordPress or Connections. It appears to be bespoke.
In regards to your query about the installation/configuration service, please use the Contact link at the very bottom of this page to get in touch with me where we can work out the details.

Thanks for the reply. I figured you would request direct contact, which is why I sent over a message via your Contact Link yesterday. I have not heard back yet. Should I resubmit? As for the link I shared, yes, it is bespoke, but it has a Basic search PLUS the ability to separate/sort/search by City, State & Languages spoken. Would a Multi-search feature be available in one of your templates to include these elements? (From the above reply, I believe so!)
Thanks so much.
