ParticipantHello,
I’m using this shortcode. It started happening recently.I upgraded to the latest version today, 8.5.11, but it didn’t fix.
[connections order_by='organization|SORT_ACS']
If I remove the order_by, it does not display duplicates.
I checked my backend and don’t see duplicates there either.
Let me know what I can try to troubleshoot.
Thanks!Scott

Can you share a link of the page showing the issue so I can take a look?

I need to unprotect the page though – currently member only content.
Thanks for looking into it, I will unprotect in a minute.

Or, you could give me a login. If you do, you can post it here as a private reply.

It seems that you do have duplicates. You have an entry added once as an Individual and then another time as a Family. You will be able to confirm this by filtering by entry type on the Connections : Manage admin page. If you change the filter to Show All Entries you should see the duplicates.

GuestThanks for checking it out.
So I don’t see the duplicates when filtering by “Show All Categories” and “Show All Entries” and “Show All”.
When I do “Show Families” I see my list of companies.
When I do “Show Individuals” I see my list of people.
When I do “Show Organizations” I see nothing.
My shortcode I was using was:
[connections order_by='organization|SORT_ACS']which I realized shows Families and Individuals (who are linked to Families).
So I changed my shortcode to:
[connections list_type='family' order_by='organization|SORT_ACS']And now it’s displaying just what I need it to.
Thanks for the great support! You are one of the most respectful and responsive developers I know.
