    I’m wondering if there is a way to pull entries from the Connections directory to display them as our Member of the Month. I was hoping I could add a category that would trigger a member to be highlighted on the front page of the website.

    There’s no dedicated solution to this. Something that might be workable for you…

    There is an Entry List widget in the Widget Pack. You could create a Connections category for your “Member of the Month” and setup the widget to only pull from that category. You could use the widget only on the front page (assuming your theme has such a widget area). The thing that might make this no good is only the name and optionally a photo can be displayed in the widget. Will that work?
