    Hi Steve,
    With the AAPPN site (Gravity Form Member Form) you are helping me with do I use the Gravity Forms User Registration add-on or will I be using the Connections add-on for Gravity Forms?

    Assuming we want the user to create their own username. Is it an option if we have users submit Gravity Form and it creates their Directory Profile but we as admin person creates their WordPress username manually and email this to them?

    Both. You would create a single form and set up both the Connections Connector and the User Registration add-on feeds.

    As far as user names go, you’ll be limited to whatever options that are available in the Gravity Forms User Registration add-on. Looking at the Gravity Forms User Registration add-on settings it seems you need to add a field to allow a user to choose their user name.

    Is it an option to not use the GF User Registration add-on? And not let the person using form create a WP user? After submitting the form the directory listing gets created but then we as admin person can manually create a WP user for this entry and person?

    Yes, if you wish to create a user manually, you do not need to use the GF User Registration add-on. The entry will still be created in the directory.
