As my slim template was about to expire (24 July) I thought I would upgrade to slim plus. Having upgraded I now notice that slim plus license also expires tomorrow. So I am being charged $10 for one day of support! This was not my intention I wanted to purchase a years support. Can you help please

ps. Background if you’d like to know… The software licensing does not consider an upgrade and renewal so the data is not adjusted accordingly. I would prefer upgrades to adjust the renewal date, but unfortunately it does not and I just keep a watchful eye out for upgrade and fix them manually. Not too much trouble since upgrades do not happen all that often.
