    Hello.. just did an update on the Slim Plus plugin. Now testing and images do not appear with the contact, whereas they did before.

    Permissions set to 767 on folders; not 755. Did not work on 755 permissions.

    Any advise on where to begin troubleshooting?

    Look at the page in Chrome I see:

    GET http://www.firstpresmanhattan.com/wp-content/plugins/connections/includes/l…?src=/wp-content/connection_images/Jan_Gibbs_original.jpg&h=120&w=100&zc=1 400 (Bad Request) ?cn-char=G:223

    ../wp-content/plugins/connections/cache/index.php – This file has permissions already set at 767. I checked this before submitting ticket.

    Other suggestions?

    Additionally Visual Form Builder Pro is INactive so that isn’t the cause of issue as it was before.

    The /httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/connections/cache/index.html file was not set to 767 it was still 644. My FTP login still worked so I changed it for you.

    I do not know why this needs to be done on your site as you still the only one I’ve ever had to make this change in order for it to work. You’ll have to make this change everytime you update Connections because WP will delete this folder as part of the update.
