Have you purchased an addon for Connections such as one of our premium templates or extensions with a valid license and you need help?
Are you using the free Connections plugin? Don't worry, you are still very important to us! We are still providing you with the same high quality support that we're known for.
It would be nice if the names on the Upcoming List, whether birthday or anniversary, linked to the Directory profile/listing for that person so if you wanted to call to congratulate it would be easy to click their name to get to their contact or social media info.
RE: I’m using the shortcode for the Upcoming List to show birthdays on the Frontend. Is that still the same thing?
Apologies! The wording sounded like you were using the Upcoming List Widget, not the shortcode.
The shortcode does not have an option to enable link support for the default templates used to display the anniversaries/birthdays. I’ve added this to my feature request list.
RE: I would have but I didn’t think this was a support question.
Apologies. I should clarify, all requests should be sent through the support ticket system as that is how all requests, support or otherwise, are managed/tracked.
