    Hello Steven,

    We renewed our Pro-Pack single site membership on 08/11/2016, I noticed a few days ago that two of our 4 licenses won’t activate.
    Excerpt Plus = OK
    Gridder = OK
    Slim Plus = will not activate
    Tile Plus = will not activate

    We’re not using these templates on any other sites. We do have a test server but the licenses are not active there. Any idea how we can fix that? Thanks!

    Looking at the activation records… it appears that both Slim Plus and Tile Plus are activated on a site that starts with .wp.ubi[REDACTED]. I’m guess this is your dev site based on the domain name. I just now deactivated those activations. You will now be able to activate those licenses.

    ps. You can also check to see where your licenses are activated on your purchase history under the License tab by clicking the Manage Licenses link. See the “License Activated on Another Site” section in this FAQ for more details.

    @ Steven,

    That’s a test server we no longer have. Thank you for deactivated the licenses there, but it did not solve the problem. I’m still unable to activate the licenses on our main site.

    Could you please check again?

    I get distracted and forgot to actually deactivate before sending my reply. They are definitely deactivated now.
