GuestHI,
This may be a duplicate question as I am a little unsure as to how this system operates.
Thank you for the solution to the earlier problem of updating.
I now have a new problem where I am unable to create a Biographical Info or a Note on a listing. The editable areas is unresponsive – can’t type anything into it.

This nearly always due to a plugin conflict or another plugin causing a fatal javascript error on the Connections admin pages. Plugins should limit their javascript to their own pages but not all do.
To eliminate a plugin conflict or even a them conflict, follow the steps outline in these FAQs.
Let me know what you learn.

GuestSteven, Thank you for the really fast reply.
FIXED IT!
A truly amazing – for me – thing happened and I am utterly unable to understand why!
I deactivated all plugins except Connections as per your reply BUT when I logged back to the plugin area, all were reactivated and the problem went away – I think that I must have clicked on the wrong bulk action item. I noticed that the ManageWPWorker plugin – it is used by Manage WP – was no longer there so I reinstalled it. The problem returned. So there you have it – the ManageWPWorker plugin was the cause of the problem. BUT, I had several other problems with the site which is running the Professional “Child” Theme which I was working on and they ALL resolved themselves! That’s the part I just don’t understand.
In your experience, does simply deactivating all plugins and then reactivating them somehow acts like a reset?
Anyway, thanks for the help. I really appreciate it.

My guess is you had the ManageWPWorker plugin checked and click the Delete bulk action. I’m also guessing that ManageWPWorker was also the source of the other issues you were experiencing. Great to hear it is all resolved and you were able to find the source of the issue so quickly.
