It was the setting in ezTOC to display the TOC floated right. the way the theme is setup caused the TOC to be “covered” up with the page content so you could not actually click thru to the TOC block. Even though visually it appeared that it was alright and that you should be able to click the TOC items.
Adding a bit of custom CSS to the theme’s custom CSS area seems to correct this. This does not seem to affect any of the other page content. Give you pages a quick once over to make sure, then you can reactivate ezTOC if you wish.
