ParticipantI installed the new Tiles Plus 3.0 as per the instructions, deleting the old version, and updated Connections back to the latest version. Now my existing shortcodes are not working as they did.
On this page:
http://www.mvadclub.org/members/
I have this shortcode:
[connections category=3 page_limit=14 show_phone_numbers='FALSE' enable_search='TRUE' enable_category_select='FALSE' show_image='FALSE' card_width='270' card_height='65' show_empty_categories='false' str_work_phone=Phone str_work_email=Email]
But the page is still trying to show images now.
Also on this page:
http://www.mvadclub.org/about/the-board/
I have (I’ll just show the code for the first block) this shortcode:
[connections category=4 enable_search='FALSE' enable_category_select='FALSE' card_width='270' card_height='120' image_height='80' image_width='80' show_empty_categories='false' str_work_phone=Phone str_work_email=Email]
And the images don’t display, they just endlessly show the spinning circle. All this was working under the old version. Any ideas?

ParticipantThere also seems to be a problem with this shortcode:
str_visit_website=’Visit Website’
This used to be what was displayed by default instead of the full title in the listing. I now want that functionality back, but when I use the above code it is ignored. If I remove the single quotes I get just the first word (Visit) displayed.

ParticipantNOTE: concerning the images not being displayed, I have tried on Safari, Chrome and Firefox, and have cleared cache and forced reloads. No effect.

ParticipantAlso please note the images do not show up on the Connections:Manage page, either; just spinning circles. I’ve also tried manually resizing one of them to exactly 80×80 pixels and re-uploading and that also did not help.

I’ll setup a test using your exact shortcodes and get back to you.
As far as the images not loading, can you try on thing? delete the .htaccess file from this folder: ../wp-content/connection_images/
Let me know if that resolves it for you.

ParticipantHi, Steven.
There is no .htaccess file in that directory, but your suggestion impelled me to check the settings of the Bulletproof Security plugin I use. I refreshed all the .htaccess files it creates and now can see the images so there must have been some issue there.
On the rest, I’m still seeing images on the general membership board where I have specified ‘FALSE’ for that setting. Look forward to hearing about the rest.
Thanks!

I just posted an update to Tile Plus that fixes a couple shortcode option regressions. It can be downloaded from your Purchase History.
The str_visit_website=’Visit Website’ functionality has changed to bring it alignment with the current Connections feature set. It will give preference to the “Title” of the link, then the link URL unless the the value is set to any value other than “Visit Website”.
That should clear up everything.

Thanks, I took a look. I may have another method that I’ll have to test. The one thing that I need to account for is when there is an image that the width of the image could be anything a users decides to use.
