Hi,

I cannot access Premium Templates forum even though i purchased and am logged in.

Tile and Tile Plus do not seem to display properly. cMaps and others templates display ok when activated. My link is http://www.eastafricanbusiness.com/directory/Kenya. See attached file for screenshot using Tiles template.

I see that you have purchased the Pro Pack bundle, right now there is an issue with being able to grant the proper access for bundles, please feel free to ask you questions here.

The issue with Tile and Tile Plus is that they require specific image size settings as detailed on the product pages. Here’s the settings you need to set on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Images tab:

Medium Image size MUST be set to:
Width: 80px
Height: 120px [or smaller]

NOTE: If images have already been uploaded in a different size they will need to be uploaded again after the image settings are applied to be compliant with this template.

Sure, if you go to the top menu under “Template” each template can be found there listed by its name. The requirements are listed on the “Requirements” tab on the page. I hope that helps!

Hi;

Currently cMap is wonderful. No issues with all templates except tiles.

Tile & Tile Pus still do not give any category dropdown when activated.

I would also like to use the following shortcode in Tiles template:

[connections category='3' enable_category_by_root_parent=true].

I would love to use Tiles template but i am facing too many issues with it. Please advise.

Hi Steve,

I would like to make it clear what the Tiles Plus issue is all about. I really would like to use the shortcode ‘category=’2′ enable_category_by_root_parent=TRUE’ in the Tiles Plus template. When i put this code in the category bar does not come down. The link is ‘www.eastafricanbusiness.com/directory/Kenya’. I have attached before screenshot of what the category bar looks like without the shortcode. And After screenshot when i put the shortcode and get no category options at all.  Please please can you fix this bug.

If you visit your Purchase History page you can download the latest version of Tile Plus which has this bug fixed. Just install it right over top of the current version.
