GuestI’m using the Tile Plus premium template because it most closely matches our needs. The template is working, but there are a few questions I have about the functionality and appearance.
1. Can I control the font so that it matches my WordPress theme font?
2. We don’t use Prefix information (Mr. Mrs. etc.). Being that this field is left blank it causes the person’s name to shift to the right a few spaces when viewing the person’s contact info. This is visually unappealing. Is there a way to left-justify the name so that it lines up with the rest of the person’s contact information?
3. There is an unusually large space between the person’s first name and last name (I assume this is because we don’t use middle name information). Can this be corrected? Same issue as #2 I suppose.
4. Currently, the Tile Plus template shows the person’s name and title. Then, there’s a large gap (2 + rows of blank space) and then the organization name and other information is displayed. Can this excessive gap be eliminated? It would be nice to use that wasted spaced to display additional fields.
5. Is there a way to add a specific field to the displayed information? For example, I would like for a person’s office location to show in the displayed information (we have about 20 different office locations). We’re currently using Line 1 of the Work Address field for this designator, but it doesn’t display.
I love the plugin and thank you for your hard work! Thanks in advance!

The template should look like the demo and sample. It sounds like it does not. Take a look at this FAQ and try the solution provided. I have a feeling that’ll straighten things out.
To show the addresses, add the following to the shortcode:
show_addresses='true'Let me know how it goes.

GuestSteven,
Thanks for the information. Using information within the FAQ fixed most of the problems. The only remaining issue is that there’s still a multi-line gap between the person’s title and the name of our organization. Can this space be eliminated?

Can you share a link to your directory, the gap should not be there so it must be a CSS clash with another plugin or theme. I will not be able to tell without seeing it.

GuestHey Steven,
Unfortunately, the site is on our LAN and not publicly available. Is there a way for me to send you a screen shot?

A screenshot would help for me to visualize the issue, but if it is a CSS issue, providing you with a solution may not be possible. What I’ll do is enter info that matches exactly the info shown in the screen shot and see if it replicates for me. What would also help is a copy of your theme, just for debugging of course.

GuestOK, I can get you both of those items. What’s the best way to get them to you? Do you have an FTP server?

I just email a link to a private box.com folder you can upload to. Let me know if you do not receive that email.
