Hi, Steven. I’m working on the form, but can not. Sometimes, it sends the information, sometimes not. I tried try placing just a few fields, and other empty, but still the same. When it does not work, waits on “Please wait, your request is being processed.”

Can you please share a link to the page you have Form on? It sounds as if to me WordPress is crashing in the background … generally this is caused by another plugins not functioning properly during ajax requests (this is how Form submits the data).

Sorry, guess I was not clear … I only want copies of images of entries that failed to be submitted, not the successfully added entries. That is if you were adding images using Form.
