ParticipantI moved my website from one hosting provider to the other and had to rebuild everything from scratch,. I didn’t realise until afterwards that I could have exported my connections data! I have reinstalled Connections and Tile plus and input the first entry but the image appears on the left and the text also appears to be on the left so is not showing up. I saw this when the page was loading that the text was on the left. How can I change this?
Thanks.

Sound like a CSS conflict, impossible to know for sure until I see it. Can you please share a direct link to your site’s directory page?

Ideally you should upgrade Tile Plus to the latest version because it has CCS in place to help prevent theme’s that break the layout like this. To correct it without upgrading, add the following CSS to the theme’s custom CSS area:
#cn-tile-plus .cn-entry { box-sizing: content-box; }Hope that helps, let me know.

ParticipantThanks Steve – that did the trick.
How do I update the Tile Plus template?

First, I suggest making a backup … just incase you have made custom changes to the template and want to “roll back”.
Navigate to your purchase history and click the Downloads tab.
Deactivate and delete the Tile Plus already installed.
Now, follow these instructions on how to install a template.
That should be it.
Hope that helps!
