    I purchased, downloaded, and installed the tile plus template. At the top of the page, it says that it was installed successfully and even shows up when I look at the folder via FTP. But it is not showing up as a template I can use and won’t let me use it.

    It sounds like you might be using the legacy template installer on the Connections : Templates admin page.

    All the templates have been upgraded over the course of the month to use a completely new templating system. This requires the templates to be installed as actual plugins.

    Ok. Do you have a ‘stupid’ stamp I can place on my forehead? :) I guess I should have read the directions better. Working now, thanks!
