GuestI need the website label not to show. I am adding several links, and I only want the title I put in the connections database to show, I don’t want them to all have Website: in front of them. Is this possible at all? Thanks!

I would like to apologize for my delay in my reply as I was not receiving my notices for new support forum posts for about a week. Just reply notices to ones that were already started which is why I’m just now noticing.
Use this shortcode or update the shortcode you’re using to include the
link_formatoption.[connections link_format='%title%']Hope that helps!

GuestSteven –
I have put a link to my website this time, the page I am having problems with. I added the shortcode you said, but for some reason it isn’t changing. This is the whole code I have for the page:
[raw][connections str_select="locations" str_work_addr='Address' enable_category_select="FALSE" show_empty_categories='false' category="2" link_format='%title%'][/raw]Any thoughts? Thanks so much for your help, and no worries on the delay – at least you answer! This is an awesome plugin!!! :)

Steven Zahm. Reason: Wrap shortcode in code tag for readability

GuestWell I put the website in the website box, but it isn’t showing – so here is a link: http://tsbdcttu.org/tsbdc2014launch/locations/

Hmmm, everything looks right and that option definitely works in my testing. Could I get a temp admin account so I can take a closer look? Details can be sent using the contact link at the bottom of the page.
Oh, one thing to even though it should not make a difference, try making all the quotes single or double within the shortcode. Right now you have a mixture of both.

GuestSent! Thanks!! :)
And I did make them all single :)

There was some empty HTML tags within the shortcode. They were only visible after switching the editor to the Text tab. After I removed them, the shortcode functioned perfectly.

GuestTHANK YOU!!! There was so little code on the page I didn’t even think about checking the HTML side – I will go leave a review right now! This is hands-down the best support for a plugin I have ever received!!! :)
