You can post the login details here as a private reply. As soon as I have the info, I’ll take a look.

Seems to be working fine for me….
I logged in to your site.
I saw that you have JF3 Maintenance Redirect plugin installed and activated.
I added my IP address to the Unrestricted IPs.
I opened a private browsing window so I could access your site while not being logged in.
I navigated to the “Add A Listing” page and submitted an entry.
I switch back to the window where I was logged into your site and checked the moderation queue. The entry I submitted was there.I saw JetPack was not activate, so I activated.
I when back to the “Add A Listing” page in the private browser window where I was not logged in and submitted a second entry.
I then switched back to the window in which I was logged in and checked the moderation queue and the entry was there. So it seems what ever was broke if fixed now.
Hope that helps!

GuestThanks… however as I mentioned on REPLY #290720:
“Ok, with further testing I’ve determined that it’s not Jetpack.
I’ve narrowed down the issue to happen when entries are submitted with a logo attached via Form. All entries submitted without logo via Form show up in Manage. I’m not experiencing any issues adding entries via the admin panel.”
So, please do a test with an image attached. Thanks.

Apologies, when I re-read the string that didn’t register. I just tested again two more time using the image attached and they submitted without issue.
How large [filesize] are the images you are uploading? Multi-megapixel images are likely to fail. Can you attach a image that fails?

Right, a logo is not a photo, they are distinctly different. The admin shows the thumb of the photo, not the logo.
It doesn’t show on the live directory because you have the list limited to the following:
category='2,4,11,12'
If you select the East Bay category, you’ll see the Connections 4 entry.
Let me test with the image you attached.

I tested with your image both as a PNG and JPEG and resaving the file. Since sometimes that can cause trouble…
When adding an image, the server responds with: 500 Internal Server Error. My experience… when dealing with image, that is a server memory issue. I see PHP is reporting 256MB.
What method did you use to set that?

ParticipantI didn’t intentionally limit the category list. How was that done, and how to I remove limits?
Also, same thing. I didn’t set any server memory. That 256MB must be the default. What size and method do you recommend?

Edit the page “The Directory” page. The shortcode you entered is:
[connections category='2,4,11,12' show_alphaindex='true' repeat_alphaindex='true' width='800']
To remove teh category limitation, use:
[connections show_alphaindex='true' repeat_alphaindex='true' width='800']
I suggest not using the
width
option either, but the choice is yours. The other two options are not need either, unless your really want to … they can be set on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Display tab.
Ok, if you did not set the memory, it could be set to use 256MB only when you’re in to admin. 128MB should be more than sufficient, so 256MB is fine.
Here’s an excellent blog post on how to set the memory:
http://dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/I suggest starting at the top and work your way down the list until you can upload an image using Form while not logged in.
