    Settings > Display > Result List Actions > Enable ‘submit new entry’ button is checked.

    I see the link on the directory page. When I click that link, it doesn’t go anywhere. However, I see in my status bar that the URL is https://coachapproachtraining.com/index.php/about/find-a-coach/submit/

    It’s looking for the /submit page. But doesn’t go there.

    I do not want people to be logged in to submit an entry. Settings > General > Login Required is NOT checked.

    FWIW, we used to have this license connected to a different site (http://coachapproach4.com/directory-of-credentialed-coaches/) and the form worked there. still does.

    Why won’t it display on the currently licensed site?

    Navigate to the WordPress Permalinks settings admin page. Remove index.php from the permalink structure. Save the changes. Now the links will be compatible with Connections and as a bonus your links will now be SEO friendly.
