It seems your database table for Connections are really out of date. I’m assuming you were running a much older version of Connections when you upgraded, yes?

I suspect you updated to WordPress 4.4 yesterday… WordPress altered a way it handled a specific value when inserting data into the database. I have to release an update to take that change into account. I plan on releasing it later today. Apologies for the trouble!
