ParticipantHi Steve,
Not sure if it’s a recent update, but the State/Province/Region drop-downs are no longer showing any options. (They do populate when you are logged into the site though?!).
Running 8.7.1

Thanks in advance,

It works when logged in. When logged out, the server is responding with an error code 400. So, something that was updated or installed might be blocking access to the WordPress AJAX API.
Hope that helps!
ps. The Connections update would not block access to that WP AJAX API.

ParticipantThanks Steve I did some testing and found that SiteGround’s caching plugin was the issue.
Thanks again for your help.

Interesting… that is my hosting provider and I have not experience that issue. Which caching method was causing this?

ParticipantHi Steve,
Here’s a screen shot of the settings. I noticed I need to update the PHP version, that might be a factor perhaps.
Cheers,

Hmmm… those are the same settings I use. I had thought it might be the memcached setting. I can not remember, do you use any caching plugins such as W3TC… I suppose DB object caching might be able to cause such an error.

ParticipantI’m not using and other cache programs. I turned off the SG cache plugin and switched to WP Rocket and all seems well.

Ahhh… that’s the difference. I use both. WP Rocket has builtin support for SG Cache.

ParticipantForgot to mention the Jupiter theme has some speed optimizations options, but I haven’t played with those.
Cheers,
