ParticipantHi,
I have connections-pro working on a intranet a and almost all is ok but some users can’t see entries. That user only see “No results” on the page.
They can see connectiosns widgets on the sidebar. Thanks in advance,

I’m going to need to see a few screenshots…
1. The Connections : Settings page, General tab.
2. The Connections : Roles page.
3. The Edit page of a Connections entry of an entry that should be visible.
4. The User Edit Profile page of a user who can not see the entry.
5. The Edit Page of the page that contains the Connections shortcode. Those screenshots should clue me in on what the issue might be.

Sure, that’d help a lot. The rar files didn’t seem to upload. Can you attach as zip files.

All the entries are set to
Private
so you must give theRoles
theView Private Entries
capability. After you do, the users should be able to view the entries just fine.Hope that helps!

ParticipantI’t works!
I didn’t see that because some users with the same role could see the entries and some couldn’t.
Thanks Steven.

If the role/capability settings and the entry visibility all matched Laura, no user should have been able to see the results. Is there any chance that during testing you may have had a different combination of settings that allowed some users to see the results? And if so, I didn’t look, do you have a caching plugin running? Other that ran in to a similar issue, it ended up being that their users were running a caching plugin so their users were seeing a cached version of the page.
