ParticipantHi Stephen,
I’m using a custom Slim Plus template. I’ve recently found it isn’t displaying on any of the three pages I use it on. I updated everything. I’ve installed one additional plugin today and checked to see if that was in conflict. It doesn’t seem to be the problem.
Would you please check this for me?http://www.brainspottinginternational.org/find-a-therapist/
I can give you an admin login if that will help.

Can you switch to the non-custom Slim Plus to see if the error persists? If it does not, then there was a change that is not likely compatible with the newer versions of Connections.
If you do not have a copy of the non-custom Slim Plus, I see you have Tile Plus and Market too, can you try switching to them.
Lastly, I see files for Tile Plus and Market are being loaded from the following folder:
../wp-content/connections_templates/
I suggest deleting the
market
andslim-plus
folders from within that folder. Only custom CSS files and custom template override files should be in that folder. My guess is that the legacy template installer was used trying when trying to install them originally.Hope that helps, let me know what you find out.

ParticipantHi Stephen,
Thank you so much for your reply.Since this tends to happen whenever there are major updates (which is understandable) I decided to use a different template. I’m using Market since it’s fairly compact and contains an acceptable category selection option.
I have reset the image output to reflect “photo” since that’s where all the original images are loaded.
My problem has now become the image size. The default for Market is “logo” which, in settings had a different size. I’ve reset the size to the 100×100 that I want for the image. But now some of the images are default logo-sized and some are default image-sized. Is there a quick/easy way to fix this? Some of the images are pixelated from being blown up.
Thanks, again, Stephen.

Perhaps the solution is to tell Market to use the image rather than the logo. Here’s the shortcode you would use with Market:
[connections image='photo' str_image='No Photo Available' tray_image='none']
