ParticipantHi there,
How can we enlarge the grid (show multiple contacts in a row) and how can we justify the text that is shown as biography in the grid.
Thanx!

re: show multiple contacts in a row
The number of contacts per row will depend entirely on the image size (which defines the grid size), the theme’s content width and the screen size of the device being used to view the site (if using a responsive theme).re: How can we enlarge the grid
See the doc page, the Grid Size section explain it in detail.re: how can we justify the text that is shown as biography in the grid
You’ll have to add you own CSS to do that. Adding the following to the theme’s custom CSS area should do the trick:#cn-gridder .cn-gridder-excerpt { text-align: justify; }
Hope that helps!

ParticipantThanks! Please note the breaks and paragraph don’t show in the biography. Can you fix this?
Thanks a lot!

That is how WordPress creates excerpts. Showing the full bio instead of the excerpt will display all the formatting. You ask how to do that in the other thread, here’s my reply which points you to the directions on how to turn the excerpt off.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantHi there,
The problem is that we do not see the formatting.

Sorry, but my answers is the same as before. I’ll try rewording them maybe that will help…
When WordPress creates excerpts, it removes the formatting.
If you disable the excerpt, the full bio will be shown. When the full bio is shown, the formatting will also be shown.
You asked how to disable the excerpt in the other thread. In my reply, I pointed you to the doc page where you can find detailed instructions and turning off the excerpt.
Hope that helps!

ParticipantOK, I understand. Is there a way to show the right formatting? Using another source/field?

Sorry, no, the only way to show the formatting is to show the full bio.
