ParticipantThis is a great starter module for the directory we are putting together for our client since their existing database did not have the option for logos, photos, etc…
What I think is needed is an option to either show the logo, if provided in Connections Pro.. but if none is provided, it should fall back to the SiteShot.
For example, this site does not have a logo set in their listing:
http://beta.berkeleycounty.org/membership/name/act-company/But this one does, but it still shows the SiteShot by default:
http://beta.berkeleycounty.org/membership/name/pro-design-llc/NOTE: I just noticed that my Notes, Bio and Map links are not working correctly. :-( I’ll have to look into that.

If you can give me a temp admin account, I can make a slight change that can do exactly that.
After the change, a simple change to the shortcode will do it. Something like this:
[connections image=logo image_fallback=siteshot]
The only downside would be if there is no logo and no website for the entry, the placeholder block will not be there because there would be no fallback for the fallback. Hope that makes sense.

GuestSteven, I assume you are an admin with Connections Pro? If so, yes, let’s work this fix out. Can you email me at my contact address xxxxx so we can get you set up for temp access?
Thanks, Brian

GuestWorks great! Maybe something you can work into the next release update for that extension. And yes, I just did a review for you.
Thanks again, Brian

Yep, the change is already in for the next update. I’ll push it out in a few days. Just trying to decide if there should now be an option for a fallback if there is no website when SiteShot is already the fallback and how that logic would work if SiteShot isn’t the fallback. I’m leaning towards leaving it as it is now and see what feedback I get.
