I’m running cmap template, I realized this morning that “Show Notes” link is not working, when click on link it doesn’t show the information on Notes, it just go to the top of the page.
I updated wordpress and cmap the las days. These are my current settings:
WordPress: 3.6
Multisite: No
Connections: 0.7.8.1
Cmap: 3.0.3
Database: 0.1.9Thanks

The like issue is that the theme or another plugin has a fatal error in its javascript that is prevent other scripts, including Connections, from running or the theme is missing the wp_footer() template tag.
If it is javascript error, you’ll be able to tell by opening the page in Chrome, hitting the F12 key and clicking the Console tab. All errors on the page will be listed there.
If you share a link to your directory, I can provide more precise direction/advice for resolution.

You’re rigth, I found the conflict and this is with the file below:
http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.5/jquery.min.jsUnfortunately I can’t remove it because other applications are referencing to this file. I’ll see what other solution could find.

Try this; go to the Connections : Settings admin page and enable the jQuery option under the Compatibility section.
