ParticipantHi,
I have Slim Plus and it’s working well, however I don’t know how to set it to have each entry open when the directory page is visited. Right now you just see a list of the entry titles. It would be nice to have them open instead of collapsed. Is there a way to do this?
Thanks,
Amy

Yes, this is possible. Here is the link to the FAQ.

Hope this helps!

ParticipantThank you! That doesn’t completely solve my problem though. I am using the directory as a base for mini-directories on other sites. So each site displays one category from Connections. What happens if I want more than one category to show but only one to display on a particular site?

Sorry, I am not sure I understand the question.
Did you give the solution a try?

ParticipantI have not yet, no. But I will.
I have the directory on one site. I feed that out to some web apps, so that each can have their own individual directory. I cannot put the directory on the app, hence hosting it on the site.
If I use the shortcode for an individual page on the website, I can then link that into the app. So I put one category on each page, and do the linking and voila. It looks like the directory is on the app.
If I were to make the categories something like “Show name A” and “Show name B” would that work?
Thanks
Amy

And entry can be assigned to more than a single category. So, you can assign an entry to cat1 and show. That entry would still display on the page which displays cat1 and since it is also cat show, it will be open by default. Similarly is entry2 is assign both cat2 and show, it will still be displayed on the second page for cat2 and will be open by default.
I suggest giving a quick try on two entries in two different categories to make sure this solution does or does not meet you needs.
Hope this helps!
