After the latest wordpress update, our connections shortcodes stopped working and now only display the shortcodes themselves on the pages/posts that they are on. I realized while trying to solve the problem that our license had expired for our template (Slim) and our extension (cMap), so I renewed it, installed the new versions and made sure the plugin was up to date–but the issue still exists. Any pointers in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!10/06/2014 at 12:41 pm #306221
Can you doable check to ensure the Connections plugin is installed and active?10/06/2014 at 1:03 pm #306222
Double checked, and yes it is installed and active. I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating it, and there is no change.10/06/2014 at 1:07 pm #306223
What are the exact shortcodes you’re using? Can you share links to the affected pages.10/06/2014 at 1:10 pm #306224

[connections_list]shortcode was deprecated about 3 years ago and support for it was removed about a year ago (maybe a little less).

Thank you! I hadn’t realized it had changed, and it works great now that it’s updated.
