ParticipantI’m having a problem with a single entry. It does not display in cmap. It is also missing add to address book.
This only happends when I click on a contact from a search: http://www.bizcard.co.za/directory/name/marion-atherstone/
I can get what Yani is asking for to work. I’ve tried ticking all the boxes in the settings that need to be ticked.
My permilinks are as follows: http://www.bizcard.co.za//%postname%/

The single entry is display in the single entry view of cMap correctly and the “Add to Address Book.” link is showing. So everything appears to be working fine. If you asking if there is a way to go string to a single entry view, sorry, no. The id option can return one or many entries depending on the values assigned to it in the shortcode.
Hope that helps.

ParticipantLets say I have over 100 different connection entries, how could one give a person on my web site the ability to fine search and eventually find what they are looking for? For example, how could they search by state, then city, then business type then department. Could one add Taxonomy to every entry and then use a drop down widget to reduce what is displayed. Hope that makes sense!

Even though Connections is capable of a filtered search, there is not yet a user interface available to do it. However, the search field that is part of cMap will search all those fields, there just not a method to further filter the search. An option, if you have 0.7.7 installed, would to be to turn on the department, state and city link support on the Connections : Settings under the advanced tab.
