    Can we have the search feature look through all the entries in the directory even though a particular category is selected? For instance if I choose a department that is listed in the category drop down, entering search information in the search field will only look for people in that department. What I really want is to search through all departments even though that department is filtered and displayed. I know some one can select “all categories” and then do the a search but we want a full search no matter what category is selected.

    See this post to another who wished to do the same. The instructions should still be valid.

    No, keyword search handled in the exact same way.
