    Hmmm. Still getting internal server error. Is there something in the snippet that mentions the theme name like it did last time where it mentioned cMap?

    No, nothing to change other than fixing the line after importing it. The snippet requires the latest Connections version 0.8.x. Do you have that installed? Can you attach a screen capture showing the issue or share a link where I can see the issue?

    Upgrading Connections gave me a internal server error for admin and whole site. I had to restore from a backup copy.

    What version of WordPress are you on? What version of Connections? What version PHP is you webhost running on your server? How much PHP memory is being used and how much is being allocated? You can get most of the details on the Connections : Dashboard admin page in the System widget.

    WP is 3.9.1
    Connections is Version 0.7.9.7
    PHP 5.3.13

    Not sure how to tell in ipower.com how much PHP Memory is allocated/used But here is what Connections dashboard has
    PHP Memory Limit : 256M
    PHP Max Upload Size : 20M
    PHP Max Post Size : 20M
    PCRE Backtracking Limit : 1000000
    PHP Max Script Execute Time : N/As
    PHP Exif support : Yes ( V1.4 )
    PHP IPTC support : Yes
    PHP XML support : Yes

    Well, all that seems to be in order, there’s no reason for Connections to cause a crash.

    Do you have any other Connections extension or templates installed? If so, which ones and what versions?

    Do you have any other snippets for Connections that are activated?

    Also, do you have any other Snippets for Connections active?

    No other snippets and I actually removed the one I had imported for the time being.

    Well, I can’t see a single reason for having an update issue. If you want, I can do the update. I would need a temp admin account and FTP access.
